October 2006 Caroline moved to Sydney with her partner.  A new start in an amazing country!

Caroline is an executive recruiter in PR, communications and marketing space in Sydney and  she has over 6 years recruitment experience of which more than 3 years in the Sydney market. She has a Bachelor degree in Communication and is currently doing an MBA at Macquarie University.

Caroline manages a team of specialist consultants whilst recruiting for high level position ranging from Head of Marketing to Head of Communications.  Caroline’s  strong focus on networking with the brightest talent in the PR, communications and creative industry has contributed to her success time after time.

Worked across a broad spectrum of industries from boutique agencies to blue-chip multi-nationals and the largest of Government departments and authorities.
